The Contract Between Us

Order Process
When you submit an order, you will receive an Order Receipt (acknowledgement of receipt). This is not acceptance of your order.
We accept orders when ready to dispatch, and at that point send a Dispatch Confirmation.
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any amounts already paid. Reasons may include stock issues, errors in pricing or product description, or inability to meet a delivery deadline.
Your Order Receipt will contain a unique order number, which should be quoted when contacting us about your order.
Our Products
Products may vary slightly from images on the website.
Colours are displayed as accurately as possible but may differ between devices.
Packaging may also differ from website images.
Sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements may vary slightly between manufacturers.
Terms of Service
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, usually within 2 business days.
Returns are welcome within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong size was sent.

Delivery
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery date is shown in the Dispatch Confirmation and will be within 30 days of order acceptance.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If such a delay occurs, we will inform you and take steps to minimise the impact.
If there is risk of a significant delay, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered items.
Collection is available from our store during working hours (displayed on the website). We will notify you when your order is ready.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not at home, our courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
Failure to collect or rearrange delivery may result in storage charges and additional delivery fees.
International Deliveries
We ship to selected overseas destinations (details at checkout).
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable upon delivery.
These charges are outside our control. Please contact your local customs office before ordering.
You must comply with all laws of the destination country.
Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment. Responsibility passes to you at the time of delivery to your address.
Returns & Ending the Contract
You may return products or end the contract under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind – You may cancel within 14 days of online purchase.
- Faulty Products – If goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality.
- Errors or Delays – If we have made a pricing/description error or notified you of significant unexpected delivery delays.
Price & Payment
Prices are as displayed on the order page at checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct.
If a product’s correct price is higher than displayed, we will contact you before accepting your order.
If we process an order with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund.
You must pay for products before dispatch.
Refunds for Faulty Products
Return within 30 days of delivery for an immediate refund.
After 30 days and within 6 months, a full refund will be issued if goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
You may be entitled to partial refund for up to 6 years if products do not last a reasonable length of time.
We cover return postage for faulty items.
Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
