Order Processing
We are a small team and pack and ship all orders directly from our store. We aim to fulfil all orders within 2 working days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Delivery Options
Within Tanzania
We arrange delivery locally through trusted courier services.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using courier or postal services.
Courier delivery: 7 to 14 days depending on destination
Postal delivery: Allow 2–3 weeks
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
Orders must pass through a credit card approval process before being released (this may delay shipping times slightly).
When your order has shipped, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email and shortly after, a tracking number.
Packing
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery:
Protective materials are used to prevent breakages.
Items are packed in strong cardboard boxes and securely sealed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All shipments are accompanied by a Statement or Certificate of Origin.
Moshaki cannot be held responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, VAT, sales tax, or handling charges applied when your shipment enters your country.
For information on your country’s import and quarantine laws, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges
Online Orders
Items may be returned in original, unused/unworn condition within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To arrange a return, please complete our returns form or email us directly.
Return parcels are the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your return.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns:
Clearly label your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs/handling fees.
We recommend using a recorded or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage.
In-Store Orders
Orders purchased in-store may be exchanged or a credit note issued within 14 days of purchase (with valid receipt).
Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Collect in Store Orders
Returns policy is the same as online orders: items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Date begins on the day we send you your Dispatch Confirmation Email.
Dar es Salaam Returns
If you live locally, you are welcome to return or exchange items in-store.
Bring your original order confirmation.
Returns will be processed within 30 working days.
