Shipping and payments

We are a small team and pack and ship all orders from the store doing our best to fulfil all orders within 2 working days. Thanks for understanding.

We arrange delivery in Tanzania and ship to the rest of the word using courier or postal services. Courier delivery usually takes 1 weeks but allow 2 -3 weeks for postal deliveries.

Courier charges to UK are $ xx xxxxxx Europe XXXX Middle East XXXX Far East XXX North America XXXX . Additional taxes and duties may apply at upon delivery.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Orders go through a credit card approval process before being released so this can delay delivery times. Once shipped you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number will follow.

Packing

Your item (s) will be packed with material to prevent breakages and then in a cardboard box  and sealed.

Documentation / Customs / Quarantine / Sales Tax / Duties

For Customs purposes, all shipments will be accompanied by either a ‘Statement or Certificate of Origin’ . We cannot  take responsibility for any charges relating to brokerage fees, duties, VAT or sales tax or handling charges incurred when your shipment enters your country. If you are not sure about your country’s customs / quarantine laws, then we suggest that you contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Payments

Can be made through Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay or PayPal through our  bank

Online Order Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unused / unworn condition, within 28 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Fragrances and aromatherapy once opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You can request a return or exchange using our returns form or email. Return parcels are the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. For international returns, clearly label your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid handling and customs fees. Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs.

In Store returns

For orders bought in-store, orders can be exchanged, or a credit note given on presentation of a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. The credit note is then valid for six months.

We have the same returns policy for Collect in Store orders as for all other online orders. You can return your order within 28 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch email.

If you live in Dar es Salaam, we are happy to accept your return or exchange in store. Simple return the order with your original order confirmation and our team will process the return within 7 working days.
